No-Cost and Confidential Women's Center

Are You Considering parenting?

While many women regret getting an abortion, almost no mom could imagine life without their child once he or she is born. Being a parent is an ongoing process of learning and adjusting. Every parent stumbles from time to time, but if you love your child and are trying your best, you will do fine.

Choose Hope Women’s Center will walk with you throughout this journey. We can offer you the support you need and direction for what is available in the community.

We offer a free Pregnancy Education Program, tailored to your needs to help you prepare for the baby’s arrival. We will walk alongside you with emotional and material support. We even have a Men’s Mentoring Program where male volunteers help your partner to be a support to you and your baby.

You are stronger than you think you are.

Choose Hope Women’s Center Pregnancy Program

The Choose Hope Women’s Center Pregnancy Program is designed for the client who is pregnant for the first time but is available to any woman looking for more guidance during pregnancy. The program is not a substitute for regular doctor visits or prenatal classes.

The curriculum is educational and is meant to enrich your pregnancy experience. Each free session is one on one and tailored to your needs. Sessions include a 20 to 30-minute video followed by a discussion with your Choose Hope Women’s Center volunteer.

How far along you are in your pregnancy when you begin the program will determine how many sessions your program will include. Our main curriculum focuses on pregnancy and birth but we also offer alternative video options that address additional topics of interest to a first-time parent.

Video topics include:

  • Prenatal care
  • Fetal development
  • Nutrition and exercise
  • Discomforts and hazards
  • Emotions
  • Labor & birth
  • Comfort techniques
  • Newborns & postpartum

We hope the Choose Hope Women’s Center Pregnancy Program will encourage and empower both of you as you make life-affirming decisions for your family.
